      Working with Outcomes Assessments

      The use of outcome assessments is essential in modern health care to assess quality of care and contain costs. This article will show you how to use the digitized Outcomes Assessments in ChiroFusion.

      ChiroFusion includes four digitized Outcomes Assessments. These include Activities of Daily Living, Neck Disability Index, Oswestry Disability Questionnaire, and Quadruple Visual Analog Scale.

       

       

      You can also have your patients complete additional paper-based Outcomes Assessments and scan the results into their ChiroFusion medical record.
