Why are my patients archived?

Patients will be categorized as archived if they match certain criteria.

A patient will become archived if the patient has not had a scheduled appointment or a signed SOAP/exam note for 6 months or more.

An archived patient will not initially display when you search using the main search bar, the advanced search, the new appointment search, or the run reports search. You must click to ‘Load More’ in order to view your archived patients.

Once a patient is scheduled or a SOAP/exam note is signed, the patient will be unarchived and will display normally on all searches.
