Why is the calendar not updating after a patient checks in?

The scheduling calendar is set to auto-refresh every 70 seconds and should reflect any changes after a refresh.

The Patient Self Check-In feature allows your patients to use a kiosk style feature to check-in for their appointments. The Calendar is set to auto-refresh every 70 seconds. Delays beyond this can be caused by a poor internet connection or an internet connection that has timed-out.

You can manually refresh the Calendar by clicking the 'Schedule' icon.
