I'm locked out of my account and need to reset my password

Provider and Staff passwords can be reset in the Admin panel of ChiroFusion.

You are able to reset Provider and Staff user passwords within the Admin panel of ChiroFusion. To do so, log into ChiroFusion as an Admin, and click on the Reset Password tab.
Please contact our support team if you have forgotten your Admin account login credentials to request a password reset. You will need to provide us with your 4-Digit Security PIN in order to complete this request.

Note: If you have made too many failed login attempts and are now locked out, you will need to wait a full 20 minutes before attempting to sign in again. This applies even if your password was reset.
