Working with two Cases that have different insurance coverage

ChiroFusion gives you the ability to setup multiple Cases for a patient and assign different insurance coverage to each one. This article explains how to work with multiple Cases and generate charges for each.

This video demonstrates how to work with two active Cases with different insurance coverage. For example, you have a patient that is treating for neck pain and was involved in an auto accident and sustained injures to their low back. You can bill the patient's Primary insurance policy for the first Case (neck pain) and setup a second Case for the auto accident and bill the 3rd party auto policy for treatment rendered to the low back.
