Health Network Solutions and claims filing

This article is for providers located in NC or SC, and who are required to use HNS for claims filing.

ChiroFusion is partnered with Office Ally clearinghouse for e-claims filing and offers a fully integrated experience. For HNS specific payers and claims, providers are required to enroll for an HNS account and notify them that you are using ChiroFusion as your software. 

Once set up, you will be able to export your claims files from the ChiroFusion billing system and upload them directly to HNS as per their requirements. You cannot file HNS claims directly through ChiroFusion/Office Ally. 

For HNS payers, you will want to follow these instructions set forth by HNS when setting up insurance companies in the ChiroFusion system. This will be the information that appears on the exported claims files.

If you cannot locate a Payer ID within the ChiroFusion system, visit our Billing Claims Manual and learn how to add Payer ID's to the system manually.
