      I am having a problem exporting ChiroFusion reports to Excel

      The Excel report downloaded from ChiroFusion does not open in Excel or opens as a blank document.

      To remedy the issue you can go into your "Microsoft Office Excel" software and follow these steps:

      1. Open Excel. Go to File > Options
      2. Click Trust Center > Trust Center Settings
      3. Go to Protected View. Deselect the first option that reads "Enable Protected View for files originating from the internet.
