I cannot find my ERA in ChiroFusion

If you have confirmed that an insurance company has issued an ERA check and it is not showing up in ChiroFusion, you can follow these next steps:

Once you have enrolled for ERA checks through Office Ally, these payments can be fully managed within your ChiroFusion account. If you have confirmation that a Payer has issued an ERA payment and you have yet to receive it, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Contact Office Ally (360.975.7000 option #1) to confirm that they have received the ERA check. If Office Ally confirms receipt of the check, it may have yet to post in ChiroFusion. Most checks will sync within 24 hours, however we recommend waiting 48 hours before we can escalate the matter and further investigate. 
  2. If after 48 hours the ERA check is still not showing in ChiroFusion, you can submit a support ticket for us to further investigate.
