How do I edit a signed note outside of ChiroFusion?

Signed SOAP notes and Exams in ChiroFusion can be edited, but must first be exported from the patient's record to your desktop.

When a note is signed in ChiroFusion, it's stored as a PDF document in the patient's medical record. We do not support editing of signed notes within ChiroFusion in order to maintain the integrity of the healthcare record. Notes can however be edited outside of ChiroFusion using a PDF editor such as Adobe Acrobat Pro.
