How do I edit a note after it's been saved?

The article below describes the steps necessary to edit an Exam or note in ChiroFusion after it's been signed and saved.

Please Note: You are only able to edit the 'most recent' DOS for a note or exam. Always take the time to review your notes for any errors before signing and saving it.

Alternatively, you can export the saved note from ChiroFusion to your desktop, open it in a PDF editor, and make any necessary changes before saving it.

After saving the note, remember to upload the new version back into ChiroFusion and delete the previous version from the patient's medical record.
