      How do I edit Box 25 on the HCFA 1500 form to show 'Other' Tax ID and/or SSN?

      ChiroFusion is configured by default to display your Tax ID in HCFA 1500 Box 25.

      If you do have a need to show something other than your Tax ID in Box 25, the video below will show you how to do so within the settings of your saved Insurance company profiles.
