Completing online intake forms during patient self check-in

Patients who have not finished their intake paperwork before their appointment at your office can complete it during check-in.

Your patients can complete their digital intake paperwork from your waiting room at check-in. Multiple devices can be designated in your office for extra convenience. For example, one device can be used strictly for patient self-check-in, and a second device can be used for self check-in and completing online intake forms.
