How do I bill secondary insurance coverage in ChiroFusion?
ChiroFusion supports both Primary and Secondary insurance coverage for patients.
If a patient has both Primary and Secondary insurance coverage, and there is a balance remaining after processing the claim with their Primary insurer, ChiroFusion will automatically generate a Secondary claim for the remaining balance.
The new Secondary claim will be visible on the "Print/Send Claims" page. You will have the option at that point to submit the Secondary claim electronically or print and mail the claim.
