How do I populate an insurance claim number on HCFA claim form (HCFA Box 11b)

This article covers the steps to change the information appearing in Box 11b on the HCFA 1500 claim form.

If you want to display a Claim number that is different from the Insurance ID number (ex. authorization claim number), you can enter that information on the Primary Insurance page of the patients profile. This will pull through to Box 11b on the HCFA 1500 claim form.
